Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and goals.
  • Communicate effectively, providing timely updates and project progress reports to ensure transparency and trust.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Documentation and Training
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive documentation and training materials for clients.
  • Design and deliver instructional content in various formats to support client adoption and usage of our software solutions.
  • Determine and implement training plans to drive user engagement and satisfaction.
Post-Rollout Support and Client Check-ins
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review progress, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, ensuring seamless system adoption and maximizing the value of our solutions.
Business Development and Upselling
  • IDentify opportunities to expand relationships with clients through strategic partnerships and targeted services.
  • Collaborate with sales and development teams to craft proposals that align with client objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, driving revenue growth and increasing service utilization.
User-Acceptance Testing and Quality Assurance Coordination
  • Complete User-Acceptance Testing with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless system integration and functionality.
  • Collaborate with QA leads to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Liaise with production teams to define UAT/QA/release schedules and communicate with clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management within the software development industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large client accounts and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Lucid Chart, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel across Southern Ontario, with a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
