About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Patient Services Coordinator to join our team at MyHealth Centre. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent patient care, ensuring seamless clinic operations, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and visitors with a warm welcome, addressing their needs promptly and efficiently.
• Register patients for procedures, taking required information and documenting accurately.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow, adhering to standard protocols and prioritizing urgent cases.
• Assist physicians and technologists as needed, ensuring smooth clinic operations and efficient workflow.
• Maintain accurate patient records and filing systems, adhering to company and Ministry of Health requirements.

Requirements:
• 0-2 years of related experience in a medical or administrative setting.
• Diploma in Medical Office Administration or equivalent education.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Computer literacy and typing speed of 35wpm or higher.
• CPR & First Aid Certification (an asset).

Salary and Benefits
This is a competitive full-time position offering a salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide medical and dental benefits, training assistance, corporate discounts, and referral bonuses.
