Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Finlayson Hospitality Partners Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Revenue Management: Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and optimize menu pricing.
- Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive work environment.
- Service Delivery: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive employee growth and development.
- Cost Control: Analyze and control costs, including product pricing and inventory management.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week.
