- Provide coaching and development opportunities to colleagues, including training, mentoring, and performance management.
- Manage branch budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with bank goals and objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners, ensuring excellent customer service and business outcomes.
- Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in banking, finance, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leadership, business development, and customer service.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in a language other than French (for supporting customers who require services in a language other than French).
