Overview

Enterprise Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Management Training Program. As a Management Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive training journey that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in a leadership role within our organization.

Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

Qualifications

  • Must have a 3-year college diploma (university bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Must speak fluent French.
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record in the past three years.
  • No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past five years.
  • Must have experience or involvement in any of the following: Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, call center, restaurant, or hospitality industry. Leadership: military, athletics/competitive sports, case competitions, clubs/associations
