Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at BMO. In this role, you will provide exceptional client service and support to our Investment Advisors and branch operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate marketing activities, including website and social media initiatives, to support the advisory team.
- Assist with client meetings, including scheduling appointments and preparing reports.
- Handle client inquiries and requests, including basic money movement and technology issues.
- Maintain client databases and files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide support to team members on technology issues and general inquiries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to promote a positive experience.
- Ensure compliance with risk and compliance processes and policies.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field.
- Knowledge of wealth management company operations and products.
- Familiarity with technology applications and software used in the financial planning industry.
- Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practices Handbook exam within 18 months.
