Director of Marketing & Development

CENTRE IN THE SQUARE (CITS) is seeking a creative and results-driven professional to lead its marketing and development efforts.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Marketing & Development will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and fundraising initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a marketing strategy that aligns with CITS' overall business objectives
  • Leading a team of marketing professionals to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Collaborating with the senior leadership team to develop and execute fundraising strategies
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, sponsors, and community partners

CITS offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $125,000, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including annual vacation, extended health plan, and retirement benefits.
