Job Title: Marketing Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to join our team at Funvilla. As a Marketing Director, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and representing the organization in negotiations and official functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
  • Manage events
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Plan schedules, goals, and objectives
  • Oversee safety of operations
  • Market business services
  • Organise day-to-day business operations
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Hire and direct staff
  • Evaluate safety programs
