Team Leader, Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader, Civil Engineer to join our dynamic and thriving team at St-Amour & Associates, Senc.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the engineering team to successfully carry out multiple projects.
  • Participate in the development and management of bid submissions for public and private tender calls.
  • Guide the team and clients throughout the execution of mandates.
  • Work closely with clients to define their engineering needs and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Oversee the production of key technical deliverables by the team.
  • Validate the compliance of engineering documents with specifications, standards, and applicable codes.
  • Monitor the financial performance of the engineering team and manage associated risks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • Training in administration or MBA considered an asset.
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in team management in an engineering consulting environment.
  • Experience in structural engineering considered an asset.
  • Good proficiency in both French and English, both oral and written.
