Civil Engineering Division Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineering Division Manager to join our team at TechnoGénie - Chasseurs de Talents. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading a team of civil engineers and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of civil engineers and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including operations and finance, to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering projects.
  • Green Job: This role involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
