Job Overview

KPMG Canada is a leading auditing firm seeking a Senior Accountant to join its dynamic team in the Enterprise Audit group.

About the Role

This position involves applying KPMG's audit and accounting practices and methodologies at client engagements. You will conduct external and internal financial statement audits for both public and private companies, lead field engagement teams, coach and mentor junior staff members, and perform analysis of complex accounting issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have an accounting or business degree, successful completion of the CFE and/or working towards a CPA designation, 2-3 years post graduate experience with a public accounting firm, excellent project management, teamwork and interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work both independently and within a team environment, experience with ASPE and ASNPO, and dedication and motivation to achieve high standards of client service and professional performance.

What We Offer
