About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Guac Mexi Grill. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Operations: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, and provide guidance on kitchen operations and procedures.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational skills.
