Kitchen Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Guac Mexi Grill. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation
- Develop and implement menu plans that meet the needs of our customers and align with our brand's culinary vision.
- Source high-quality ingredients and supplies to support menu execution.
- Culinary Operations
- Oversee the preparation and cooking of complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
- Develop and implement systems to track inventory and monitor usage.
- Quality Control
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure food meets our high standards.
- Identify and address any quality control issues promptly.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with our culinary team to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Communicate effectively with staff to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Skills
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
As a Culinary Specialist at Guac Mexi Grill, you will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a team-oriented setting.
