Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our team at 2769152 Ontario Inc. This role involves overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring the preparation of high-quality meals.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
  • Develop special meal plans for patients as directed by a dietitian or chef.
  • Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety protocols.
  • Supervise kitchen personnel and assist with their tasks.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas.
  • Manage daily kitchen operations effectively.
