Job Description:

This senior-level Document Control Analyst will be responsible for managing records and documents, advising on process improvements, and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Document Control team. The successful candidate will also provide guidance and training to the team and project staff, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in information management practices.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, information management, or engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in document control, preferably in the pipeline industry
  • Advanced skills in MS Office suite and electronic document management systems
  • Experience with SharePoint, OpenText, Bluebeam, and permissions management

What We Offer:

NES Fircroft provides a competitive salary and benefits package to its employees. The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000 CAD, depending on qualifications and experience.
