Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex implementations, conducting client workshops, gathering requirements, and providing conceptual design
- Collaborate with right-shore teams to design and build innovative solutions for our clients, ensuring timely delivery
- Develop strong client relationships by working closely with stakeholders and business teams
- Create clear presentation materials and implementation documents for design, build, and testing
- Support pre-sales activities and work with product engineering to convey business wish lists and grow the application product
- Provide go-live, post-go-live, and escalation support
- Analyze customer configuration designs and recommend improvements
- Advise partners on implementation methods to ensure customer success
- Perform solution reviews and feasibility studies to ensure best practices are implemented
- Support escalations to provide timely solutions
- Participate in business process workshops and planning to ensure quality HCM process models are adopted
Requirements:
- Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) is mandatory; professional certification is preferred
- At least 8 years of consulting experience in SuccessFactors/HCM
- Experience with at least 3 full-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
- Ability to travel up to 100%
- Good understanding of industry-specific business processes (if applicable)
- Understanding of the Business Process hierarchy (L1-L4) and contributing to it

Targeted Combined Range:
The targeted combined range for this position is 102,100-221,700 CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent on the key aspects of each case.
