Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Professional to join our team at Fed Finance, a leading recruitment agency specializing in accounting and finance positions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing your own customer portfolio, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop your own customer portfolio by prospecting, negotiating, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates;
  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates to understand their requirements and position them with our clients;
  • Positioning yourself as a solution provider for your candidates and customers by advising them on the best way to carry out their recruitment assignments;
  • Providing excellent service to our clients by putting a smile on the faces of our candidates and customers after meeting their expectations.

Requirements:

  • A university degree in Business Administration or a related field;
  • Thoroughness and ability to meet tight deadlines;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • A strong taste for challenge and constantly surpassing oneself.

  • Base salary: $60,000 per year, plus bonus according to a competitive bonus grid;

  • Participation in transportation costs;
  • A private sports coach who comes to the office every week to train us (yoga and/or team conditioning).
