We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at Brunch Glory. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management, with experience in preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods. You will also be responsible for inspecting kitchens and food service areas, training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and ordering supplies and equipment.

A successful Executive Chef at Brunch Glory will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of kitchen staff and helpers. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, as well as cleaning kitchen and work areas.

This is a permanent role, working 35 hours per week. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience. If you have a passion for cooking and leadership, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in restaurant management
