Executive Chef for Restaurant Operations

Brunch Glory is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee restaurant operations and lead our kitchen team. This role offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, with opportunities for growth and professional development.
About the JobThis position requires strong leadership and culinary skills to manage daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, a secondary education or higher, and excellent communication and time management skills.
Responsibilities- Plan and implement menus that meet customer expectations and drive sales
- Maintain high-quality food preparation and presentation standards
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient service delivery
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Secondary education or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a senior kitchen role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
