Salary
We offer an estimated salary of $**45,000 - 65,000 per year**, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
Job Description
As a sous chef, you will be responsible for coordinating special events, determining food portion sizes, planning menus, and requisitioning food and kitchen supplies. You will also prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensure kitchens and food service areas are clean and organized, train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
