Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at KFC Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and materials to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, including maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: Will train.
This is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You must be able to work in a team environment and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
