About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Operations Manager to join our team at Flavors & Spices Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and taste.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recipe Development and Execution

Develop and implement new recipes for our baked goods, working closely with our culinary team to ensure that all products are made to our exacting standards.

Production Management

Supervise and coordinate the production of all baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and other sweet treats.

Quality Control

Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all products meet our high standards of taste, texture, and appearance.

Staff Supervision

Supervise and train our bakery staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.

Inventory Management

Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet demand.

Health and Safety

Ensure that our bakery is a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

Experience

Experience in a bakery or food production environment is an asset.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Hours

35 hours per week.
