About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Kabab & Thali Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recipe Execution: Prepare dough, batters, and icings according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
  • Production Scheduling: Draw up production schedules to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Quality Control: Operate machinery and oversee the preparation of baked goods to ensure high-quality products.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances and oversee the sales and merchandising of baked goods.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
