Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to join our team at CRIVELLER CANDIES/THE CHOCOLATE & PASTRY BOUTIQUE. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recipe Development: Create and implement new recipes for our baked goods, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Production Management: Supervise the production of baked goods, including mixing, baking, and decorating.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of bakers and pastry chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure our baked goods meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
