About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Operations Manager to join our team at 2751014 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our bakery operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods, managing inventory, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Management: Supervise and coordinate the production of baked goods, including preparing dough, batters, and icings according to recipes and special customer orders.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure that products meet established standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped to meet the demands of the bakery.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Oversee the sales and merchandising of baked goods, including organizing and maintaining inventory and ensuring that products are presented in an attractive and appealing manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
