Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing Tier 2 support to customers by researching, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Research and diagnose technical issues using various tools and resources
  • Collaborate with Tier 1 support team to resolve customer issues
  • Escalate complex issues to Tier 3 support team as needed

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of software and hardware
