Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Team Lead to join our team at TANDOORI GOURMET RESTAURANT. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Kitchen Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure that the kitchen is clean and organized at all times.
- Staff Training: Train and supervise kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and ensure that they are aware of and adhere to food safety and handling procedures.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks.
