We are seeking a Counselling Program Supervisor to join our team at Family Services of Greater Vancouver. The successful candidate will have a Master\u2019s degree and 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support a team of counsellors to ensure high-quality services are delivered to clients.
  • Develop and implement program plans, policies, and procedures to meet the needs of clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
  • Provide training and professional development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to inform future service delivery and improvement.
Requirements
  • Master\u2019s degree in a related field.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and supervision skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
