Counselling Program Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Counselling Program Supervisor to join our team at Family Services of Greater Vancouver. As a Counselling Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our counselling services and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of counselling services to clients
  • Supervise a team of counsellors to ensure that they are providing high-quality services
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the effective delivery of counselling services
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our services are integrated and effective
  • Provide training and support to counsellors to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid setting
