We are seeking a Counselling Program Supervisor to join our team at Family Services of Greater Vancouver. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our counselling programs and ensuring that our clients receive high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support a team of counsellors to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Develop and implement program plans and strategies to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
