Job Title: Counselling Program Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Counselling Program Supervisor to join our team at Family Services of Greater Vancouver.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support a team of counsellors to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Develop and implement program plans to meet the needs of clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide training and coaching to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
