Counselling Program Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Counselling Program Supervisor to join our team at Family Services of Greater Vancouver. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our counselling programs, ensuring high-quality services are provided to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support a team of counsellors to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Develop and implement program plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a counselling setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
