At Mevotech, we are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to spearhead our brand growth and drive sales success. This is a hybrid role that requires strategic thinking, leadership, and collaboration with internal teams.

About the Role

As the Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft compelling messaging, go-to-market campaigns, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Supporting product launches and creating sales enablement materials to drive revenue growth.
  • Measuring campaign effectiveness and presenting results to leadership.
  • Managing promotional materials, event budgets, and conducting ROI analysis.
  • Developing new POP and training materials to enhance sales performance and brand recognition.
Ideal Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of retail marketing or brand marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and metrics-driven thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and GoToWebinar is an asset.
