About the Role

As a Strategic Brand Manager at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, you will be responsible for developing and executing annual brand plans to maximize sales of supplier brands to trade and consumers.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of wine and spirits, including regions, varietals, product pairing techniques, basic production, and service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing annual brand plans to maximize sales of supplier brands.
  • Managing and coordinating marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
  • Creating and facilitating marketing presentations.
  • Driving brand success through leadership selling against trade channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five years of industry-related sales experience within distribution, hospitality, or the supplier community.
  • Valid state motor vehicle operator's license and ability to obtain auto liability insurance.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of wine and spirits.
