Retail Store Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at JG's Liquor Store. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
About the Role:- This is a supervisory role that involves managing daily store operations, including staffing, sales, and customer service.
- The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and experience in retail management.
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality product knowledge.
- Manage inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and optimize stock levels to minimize waste and maximize sales.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and increase brand loyalty.
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment by adhering to health and safety protocols and reporting any incidents or near-misses.
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives, develop store displays, and promote special events.
- Provide coaching and feedback to staff members to enhance their performance and contribute to the success of the store.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff members.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a liquor store setting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
