Retail Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Responsibilities- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff members, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
- Hire, train, and develop staff members to meet the needs of the business
- Authorise payments by cheque and manage inventory levels
- Order merchandise and maintain accurate records of sales and stock levels
- Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service to drive sales growth
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided
- Criminal record check required for this position
This role involves working in a fast-paced retail environment with a moderate level of physical activity. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and stand for extended periods.
