About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and prospective residents, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including residents, prospective residents, and colleagues.
  • Provide timely and professional assistance to residents and prospective residents, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a courteous and respectful manner.
  • Conduct viewings and tours of our properties, showcasing our amenities and services to prospective residents.
  • Process applications, collect necessary documents, and facilitate the leasing process.
  • Assist with move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition for residents.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to the Assistant General Manager and General Manager.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Knowledge of property management software and systems an asset.
