Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales leader to drive growth in Ontario, Quebec, and Eastern Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales quotas, developing business plans, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and manage sales quotas for the designated territories
  • Develop comprehensive business plans with sales leadership and business managers to ensure budget attainment
  • Formulate effective customer call strategies to maximize opportunities in each territory
  • Utilize pipeline management to ensure sales plans are met and all opportunities are recorded in Salesforce.com
  • Effectively utilize Salesforce CRM, including opportunity tracking and revenue forecasting
  • Continuously review sales activities, targets, and strategies to maximize results
  • Ensure customer needs are effectively met and build productive customer and GPO relationships
  • Be accountable for customer satisfaction for all current and future accounts
  • Review sales planning, sales strategies, territorial coverage, and budgeting processes for all business managers
  • Produce monthly, quarterly, and yearly analysis for Canadian Senior Leadership team
  • Develop tactics and strategies to create long-term commitments with key current and potential customers
  • Attend all sales and product-related meetings
  • Active member of Sales Leadership team
  • Skillfully manage contract negotiations - utilizing knowledge of market rates to attain new business while ensuring acceptable margin achievement
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years' experience selling to medical professionals and hospitals
  • Minimum 2 years managing an effective sales team
  • Ability to professionally present the features, advantages, and clinical benefits of all products and services
  • Solution-based selling experience
