Strategic Sales Director for Ontario, Quebec, and Eastern Canada

We are seeking an experienced Sales leader to drive growth in Ontario, Quebec, and Eastern Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales quotas, developing business plans, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve and manage sales quotas for the designated territories
- Develop comprehensive business plans with sales leadership and business managers to ensure budget attainment
- Formulate effective customer call strategies to maximize opportunities in each territory
- Utilize pipeline management to ensure sales plans are met and all opportunities are recorded in Salesforce.com
- Effectively utilize Salesforce CRM, including opportunity tracking and revenue forecasting
- Continuously review sales activities, targets, and strategies to maximize results
- Ensure customer needs are effectively met and build productive customer and GPO relationships
- Be accountable for customer satisfaction for all current and future accounts
- Review sales planning, sales strategies, territorial coverage, and budgeting processes for all business managers
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and yearly analysis for Canadian Senior Leadership team
- Develop tactics and strategies to create long-term commitments with key current and potential customers
- Attend all sales and product-related meetings
- Active member of Sales Leadership team
- Skillfully manage contract negotiations - utilizing knowledge of market rates to attain new business while ensuring acceptable margin achievement
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years' experience selling to medical professionals and hospitals
- Minimum 2 years managing an effective sales team
- Ability to professionally present the features, advantages, and clinical benefits of all products and services
- Solution-based selling experience
