Job Description

As a Strategic Sales Leader for Daniels Health & Sharpsmart, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth in Ontario and Quebec. Reporting directly to our Senior Leadership team, you will be responsible for achieving and managing sales quotas for these regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and manage sales targets for Ontario and Quebec
  • Develop comprehensive business plans to ensure budget attainment
  • Formulate effective customer call strategies to maximize opportunities in each territory
  • Utilize pipeline management to ensure sales plans are met and all opportunities are recorded in Salesforce.com
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM to track opportunities and forecast revenue
  • Review sales activities, targets, and strategies to optimize results
  • Ensure customer needs are effectively met and build strong relationships with customers and GPOs
  • Accountable for customer satisfaction across all current and future accounts
  • Review sales planning, sales strategies, territorial coverage, and budgeting processes for business managers
  • Present monthly, quarterly, and yearly analysis to the Canadian Senior Leadership team
  • Develop tactics to create long-term commitments with key customers
  • Attend sales and product-related meetings
  • An active member of the Sales Leadership team
Candidate Profile:
  • BS or BA Four-Year Degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience selling to medical professionals and hospitals
  • Minimum 2 years of managing an effective sales team
  • Proficient in presenting features, advantages, and clinical benefits of products and services
  • Solution-based selling experience
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience. Additionally, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
