We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at MOSSAH Foods Corp. as a key member of our restaurant operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coffee shop and restaurant locations, ensuring that food and service meet our high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation and portioning
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports to management

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a food service management role
  • Other trades certificate or diploma
