Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue growth and exceed sales targets

Requirements
  • 10+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of revenue growth and leadership
  • Strong industry knowledge and understanding of market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and prioritize multiple projects
  • Experience in a software-based company with a focus on sales leadership
