Job Title: Vice President, Digital Sales and Services

At Stonewood Group Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President to lead our digital sales and services team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and direct the company's sales strategy to achieve aggressive revenue and profit objectives.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales organization, including outside sales, inside sales, and lead generation teams.
  • Establish and implement repeatable, scalable sales processes with measurable metrics and KPIs.
  • Maintain and improve senior-level relationships with existing customers to drive additional revenues.
  • Report regularly to senior management on results and plans, and participate in strategy planning sessions to bring innovative ideas and plans to the table.
Requirements:
  • A strategically minded, results-oriented sales executive with superb communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 10+ years of experience building and leading high-performing revenue organizations, with a proven track record of success selling enterprise-level digital IT solutions to a North American audience.
  • A driving management style that leverages the strengths of the team while stretching and motivating them to attain breakthrough results.
