Executive Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and organized Executive Assistant to join our team at Gateway Newstands. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior management team.
Job Description:- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Provide customer service
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
