About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join our team at COBS Bread. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work as part of a small team to provide an outstanding customer experience
  • Be responsible for merchandising products and executing marketing campaigns
  • Assist with production and maintain a clean and organized bakery environment
Requirements:
  • Pride in providing a great customer experience
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Reliability, self-motivation, and willingness to learn new skills
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Relevant retail experience and cash handling skills
Physical Requirements:
  • Continuous standing and walking for all tasks
  • Constant use of both hands
  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 7.5 kg
