About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and negotiation abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales of financing and insurance products to customers, ensuring that we meet our weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell financing and insurance products to customers
  • Negotiate with lenders to secure approvals and finalize deals
  • Present and sell aftermarket products (warranties and insurance) that align with customer needs
  • Coverage coordination, scheduling, and oversight of daily deliveries with sales staff and customers
  • Achieving sales goals and meeting performance metrics
  • Completing all required sales documents accurately and in compliance with store policies and OMVIC regulations
Requirements:
  • Valid OMVIC license (or ability to obtain) and valid Driver's License
  • At least 2 years of experience in Automotive F&I Management
  • Strong people skills, clear communication (spoken and written), and focus on great customer service
  • Detail-oriented, good with numbers, and skilled at analyzing data
  • Able to work quickly, stay organized under tight deadlines, negotiate, and solve problems
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per yearWork Location:
