At Carefor Health & Community Services, we are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to lead our finance team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a competitive compensation package that reflects the importance of this role in driving the success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in managing teams and developing financial strategies. You will work closely with our Director of Finance to develop and implement financial plans, as well as collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate complex financial information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
