Reservations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Canarockies Tourism. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of our reservations staff, ensuring seamless customer service delivery and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Reservations Staff: Lead and manage a team of reservations staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Client Focus: Assist clients with special needs, ensuring their requirements are met and exceeded.
- Operations Management: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Requisition and Supplies: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to support operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Travel agency environment.
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check required.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, large workload, tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, initiative, judgement, organized, and team player.

- Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
- Facilitates access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers.
