Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Reservations Staff: Lead and manage a team of reservations staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Client Focus: Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring their requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Operations Management: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, large workload, tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
