Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of 1-2 team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Assist in the recruitment and training of new team members.
  • Reservations Operations
    • Coordinate and assign tasks to team members to ensure efficient and effective reservations operations.
    • Monitor and maintain the accuracy of reservations data and reports.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
    • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the reservations department.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a reservations or customer service role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Basic security clearance.
Work Environment

As a Reservations Supervisor at Tripzi Inc, you will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be required to work 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
