About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Denny's. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Ensure that the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms are clean and well-maintained.
    • Sanitize and wash dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
    • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies and inventory.
    • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure that the restaurant is fully stocked.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience
    • Will train.
  • Language
    • English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Schedule
    • 40 hours per week.
